They were genuinely curious and looked for my strengths, not my flaws."
Our Interview
Process📢
Our interview process has two stages: Stage 1 (Online) and Stage 2 (Face to Face).
We aim to make the process as comfortable as possible so we can get to know the real you.
You’ll meet with two of our ITT leads, and before your interview you’ll be asked to prepare a short presentation and activity. Your performance will be assessed against our Trainee Criteria.
Stage 2 takes place in a local partner school, giving you the chance to meet pupils and experience a real school environment. Please bring valid ID and hard copies of your certificates.
In line with statutory safer recruitment guidelines, we’ll also carry out an online search to check for any publicly available information that may highlight a concern.
