REAch Teach follows the REAch2 Academy Trust’s Whistleblowing Policy to ensure that any concerns about wrongdoing, malpractice, or breaches of policy can be raised safely, confidentially, and without fear of reprisal.

Governance
The SCITT Oversight Board, acting under delegated authority from the Trust Board is to provide day to day oversight of and advice to the Trust Board on the following:
- the performance of the SCITT, including performance against the plan for delivery of the SCITT’s strategic objectives, its ongoing development, progress, priorities, and challenges.
- the quality of the educational provision provided by the SCITT including the student experience.
- the operation of SCITT within its funding envelope and budget including regular reports on the financial performance of the SCITT.
- the risks and opportunities associated with the SCITT, including regular reports on those risks and opportunities and any potential areas of concern.
- the delivery of the Trust’s contractual obligations with third parties.
- the overall compliance of the SCITT as set out in the DfE published “ITT Criteria & Guidance” document and ensuring that the operational management is meeting its statutory and legal obligations for ITT.
- Conducting an evaluation of the SCITT's performance in alignment with the full range of OfSTED criteria and requirements including ensuring comprehensive readiness of the SCITT for impending OfSTED inspections.
