We are really pleased to share that REAch Teach Primary Partnership recently underwent an Ofsted inspection and received a positive outcome, with a ‘strong standard’ awarded across all judgement areas - you can read the full report here.
This is a significant achievement, particularly as a newer provider, and one we are incredibly proud of. More than anything, it gives us a moment to pause and recognise what sits behind it. Not just the programme itself, but the people, relationships and shared commitment that make it what it is.

Inspectors spent time looking closely at how the programme works across our schools. What came through strongly was the consistency of the experience for trainees, our ambitious curriculum, inclusive approach and the way training connects directly to the reality of the classroom.
That connection matters. Trainees are developing their practice in real settings from the very start, supported by colleagues who guide and challenge them along the way. Over time, that builds confidence and a strong sense of what it means to be a teacher.
I feel incredibly proud of what has been built together. From the outset, we have had the opportunity to design something with care, drawing on expertise from across teacher training and the wider Trust. The result is a programme where trainees are supported to grow into thoughtful, capable teachers who can make a difference straight away.
Thank you to our trainees. Your commitment to doing well, your willingness to fully immerse yourselves in school life and your openness to learning are what bring the programme to life each day.
To our mentors and school colleagues, thank you for the time and care you give so generously. The support you provide day to day makes a real difference.
And to colleagues across the Primary Partnership and REAch2, thank you for everything that has gone into shaping and delivering the programme. This is a real shared effort.
