Slide Take your Career to the Next Step View Guide As a national Delivery Partner for the DfE’s fully-funded Early Career Framework (ECF) induction training programme, we can support your development every step of the way.

We partner with Education Development Trust to deliver the fully funded Early Career Professional Development Programme as part of the national roll-out of the Early Career Framework. We are primary specialists and deliver to primary and early years' cohorts.

The Department for Education (DfE)’s Early Career Framework
(ECF) underpins a funded, two-year package of structured training and support for early career teachers. It ensures new teachers have dedicated time to focus on their development, building on their Initial Teacher Training (ITT).

Slide We are a 'Golden Thread Provider' - from Trainee to ECT and Beyond REAch Teach are a ‘Golden Thread provider’ which means we know how to support your journey from trainee, to ECT and beyond.

We offer a DfE fully-funded ECT development programme in partnership with Education Development Trust across our national network.

Slide Training provides really useful discussions with other ECTs. I found the balance between watching videos of good practice, lecture-based learning and discussion-based learning really effective.
